Coachmen American Spirit Bijou

Overview

The American Spirit Bijou proves light doesn't mean basic. At around 3,000 lbs dry, these trailers tow behind many SUVs and crossovers — yet still pack a real bathroom, a proper galley, and a comfortable sleeping layout for couples and small families.

Trim Levels Overview

The American Spirit Bijou lineup offers two floorplans, both built around the same idea — a genuinely light trailer you can tow with the vehicle you already own, without giving up a real bathroom or kitchen. Whichever you choose, you're staying right around 3,000 lbs dry in a 21-foot package.

• American Spirit Bijou 16RDB: A rear-dinette layout that sleeps up to 4 — compact, clever, and easy to tow at ~3,008 lbs dry. 21 ft.
• American Spirit Bijou 18RBB: A rear-bath floorplan for couples who want their own space, ~3,003 lbs dry, 21 ft.

Why Choose the American Spirit Bijou

The American Spirit Bijou is for people who want to travel light without roughing it. Its ultra-light dry weight means you can likely tow it with the SUV or crossover already in your driveway, and yet the floorplans still fit a real bathroom, a usable kitchen, and a comfortable place to sleep — the things that actually make a trailer worth owning.

How It Compares

Plenty of lightweight trailers hit a low weight by cutting the bathroom or shrinking the galley. The American Spirit Bijou keeps both while staying right around 3,000 lbs dry, which puts it among the more genuinely SUV-towable travel trailers on our lot without feeling stripped down inside.

Pricing & Customization

American Spirit Bijou pricing at Cleveland RV Sales starts at $22,995 — well below MSRP. Exact pricing depends on the floorplan and the options on the specific unit, and our team is happy to walk you through financing, trade-in value, and any add-ons before you commit.
